To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 之前見朋友食過好食,所以bookmark咗呢間餐廳一段時間,今日終於嚟到試一試,環境舒服,好多懷舊嘅裝飾,地方都好適合傾偈食飯😎小食有鳳梨蝦球🍤個蝦配埋鳳梨好清甜又開胃,但個蝦炸得就一般。主食叫了烏籠茶香燻雞🐓、櫻花蝦炒飯🍚、炸比目魚🐟最鍾意係個雞,帶清香嘅茶味,燻味適中,肉質都唔鞋🤣至於炒飯就幾香口,但唔算好特別,比目魚就炸得幾好食👍🏻另外就有個菜係小魚花生炒由蘇🥬想配個菜健康少少,但個菜又多左少少油🙂
