To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

想食魚蛋粉，路過這間粉面店看到牛三寶綜合晒我最喜歡的配菜，一定要試一試。牛三寶河粉$48一碗粉裏面有齊牛腩、牛筋、牛肚，一次過滿足晒三個願望。所有配料都好林好入味，河粉很滑，湯底亦都好濃郁。崩沙腩河粉$45崩沙腩真的特別好吃，有很重的牛味，爽遠又唔會硬，這碗粉還配上白蘿蔔，白蘿蔔清甜，配上一起吃，正。炸魚皮$25炸魚皮十分香脆，又不會太口，薄脆的感覺，點一點湯，更好吃。另外我們還點了一個芥蘭和豆漿，這個晚餐十分圓滿。
