To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

之前聽到已經想嚟試，終於嚟試到星期六11點倒都冇咩人 可以舒舒服服咁嘆呢個叉蛋蔥油撈麵蔥油好香 麵質彈牙 唔會好淋，撈埋一齊好惹味檸茶曲奇賣相好吸引，食落都好香，唔會太甜 不過略嫌有啲乾身糖不甩麻薯曲奇嘅麻薯太淋 完全唔煙韌，而且成個曲奇都好甜啡立刻 係咖啡溝好立克兩樣溝埋又幾balance 唔會太甜 又唔會比咖啡嘅苦味搶哂另外仲叫左一個流心焦糖蛋撻，一個$32 價錢有啲進取，嚟到係熱辣辣上台，味道比較似cream brûlée 係偏甜嘅燉蛋咁，反而蛋味唔係好濃，不過外皮好鬆化 好好味
