To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

其實好耐之前就想試下tst既Lab Eat,但一直都冇機會去試。。。適逢最近有好姐妹結婚,想揾個有情調既餐廳同佢好好慶祝下,咁就比我發現到LAB EAT開左新店係旺角,前身係工業貿易署既T.O.P.商場。LAB EAT係商場既5樓,係商場既平台,有indoor同outdoor既座位。我地未肚餓,就叫左2杯白酒Chill下先WH Kessler Selected Vintage Riesling 2017 ($75/Glass)Tatihou Oyster ($192/4pcs)蠔肉好細滑,口感爽脆,食落有堅果味同微微既海水味,就咁加幾滴檸檬汁已經充分將蠔味帶出。仲有Thai Lime Dressing 同cocktail sauce,白酒配生蠔,人生一大樂事!刺身級珍寶帶子薄切 ($198)有帶子為主角,伴有海膽、三文魚籽,中間有隻温泉蛋,底下仲有青檸雪芭。食既時候mix埋一齊食,口感更滑溜,有濃郁既海膽廿甜,都有淡淡既青檸味。牛肝菌泡沫濃湯 ($88)以大量既菇菌打碎煮成湯,飲既時候會食到一粒粒菇菌,新鮮菇菌的香味充滿整個口腔,滿滿的滿足感。廚師更將北海道牛乳打成泡沫狀,猶如分子料理

漸變既粉紅色,呃like一流,又冇酒精,成功捉住由18歲到80歲既少女心。以玫瑰同荔枝為主軸既Narcissus,加上檸檬的酸酸,成杯mocktail好refreshing 。on top仲有一片由餐廳homemade既風乾菠蘿乾,連飲品都好有心機既餐廳。

由朱古力心太軟、手作朱古力Gelato同朱古力檸檬心丸子組成。而Gelato比一般雪糕light好多,冇咁多fat,食完唔洗有罪惡感。

總結黎講,最深刻既菜式會係刺身級珍寶帶子薄切,當中有青檸雪芭,味道清新獨特。
見到隔離枱有個煙霧瀰漫既dessert,一問staff,原來係lab eat dessert platter,要一日前預訂咁,下次同sis黎試下先!
