To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

之前一晚搵新店食飯無意中見到呢間好得意嘅“窯燒雞”,咁啱今日放假,即刻就時間嚟食個快飯💗💗💗💗💗💗💗💗💗💗店子小主力做外賣,除了恆溫櫃、砧板位就是兩個大瓦缸窯,每個同時最多可燒烤18隻雞。以荔枝柴烤製的自家農場陽山雞,帶來一室柴燒香氣息。堂食只有兩三個位,這類現烤最佳一定是現食,所以乖乖於開門時間約中午12時到來。等了約15分鐘,成品是色澤亮麗呈銅金色飽滿的原隻雞,除了獨有荔枝柴香,還有雞肉、迷迭香等香料的氣味。徒手撕下雞肉,見到略帶粉紅骨骹位及肉質狀態已心花怒放,滿滿的肉汁流滿半盒。先試雞身部位,質嫩不榎,腿部分更多肉汁,整體調味均勻鹹香,皮香脆帶有彈性。油飯沒有想像中的油潤,除了雞油香,富飯味帶點焦香及香草等,個人更喜歡這個乾爽版本。新鮮雞腳帶淡淡沙薑味,肉質爽彈,無儀態都要表演當眾啜腳趾。酒醉溏心蛋仍是淡淡的酒味,蛋心黏軟味濃郁。五年陳皮羅漢果茶,完全無加糖份,帶天然羅漢果甘甜及陳皮幽香。實測外賣超過一小時,仍然香氣爆燈皮脆肉嫩。
