To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今天午餐在「田記魚旦牛腩專門店」吃牛三寶湯河，在油麻地區嘗試過多間牛腩麵店，始終都是喜歡「田記」，原因湯底香濃而不過鹹，如果欲再添香辣滋味，桌面上的免費辣椒油是不二之選，大、中、小辣味道，自己揸主意好了！再細味；牛腩和牛肚腍度很適合我，牛筋腍滑可口又略帶咀嚼口感，牛三寶與河粉頗份量不少，好吃又飽肚。冰凍檸檬可樂~鮮檸檬片多吸收維他命C又幫助消化解膩，可口可樂令我心曠神怡，飽頓後，我充滿力量，帶著滿足心情又去逛街了！
