To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. N年前開始,娜娜家沒有再聘用工人,晚上多了外出用餐,樓下太興平日叫小菜免費升級做套餐,整體價格不比隔離茶餐廳貴很多,便漸成了娜娜家飯堂~是夜媽媽不在家,娜娜又想飲啖湯,太興更是不二之選。+$28便可將餐飲升級至足料燉湯~娜娜飲湯最緊要味道夠濃郁這裡的杏汁豬肺湯每每不會令我失望這晚見餐塊上多了這版新野,當然要一試啦!在男友的熏陶下,娜娜近日喜歡上蓮藕,無論打邊爐或是小菜也可見到餐牌上這個蓮藕炆腩仔,岩曬心水~腩仔炆的夠林又入味,唯獨是蓮藕不夠爽口。人大了喜歡上吃苦瓜,是夜這個涼瓜炒牛肉賣相麻麻,但味道也是正正常常啦~有追開post 的朋友應該知道咕嚕肉是娜娜長期的心頭好,必食!份量雖不算多,但勝在啖啖肉,罐頭菠蘿都有四五舊嫁每款小菜配飯和餐飲,如不轉湯不轉凍飲,一人晚餐$6x 有此質素算是ok 啦~
