To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

十二月二十五日是聖誕節，天氣寒冷，粉嶺名都地處車站附近，很是熱鬧。我和男友選了在元氣吃壽司，因為元氣的出品精緻鮮味，就讓我和大家分享一下這次鮮味之旅。先講三文魚，是即叫即送來，三文魚推的整齊，入口甜美不算太冷，讚!我們要了我最喜歡的北寄貝沙律、青瓜沙律、帶子壽司乎和蒸滑蛋。它們都是即叫即送來，最難忘的是蒸滑蛋，暖滑的蛋配以焦香味的甜汁，我和男友一人要了一個！北寄貝沙律和青瓜沙律精緻鮮味，但略嫌份量細少，帶子壽司沒有做推廣，要成十五元一件，真是物價飛漲！我認為最好是可以不斷自己添綠茶服務員體貼，讓我放手袋在一個坐位上。相比某壽司店的任食，元氣是以質取勝吧！
