To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 小弟一向都好鐘意食四川菜既,今次就聽Friend 既推介,一於試下位於銅鑼灣金百利既渝癡渝醉啦!首先試左佢個酸菜魚,個湯底係唔錯既,幾清淡,但酸菜既味道唔濃。至於魚片方面,滑就滑既,但碎骨好多!!食既時候要小心!食既時候真係要小心d!! 另外都試左佢個川北涼粉,無錯,d涼粉夠滑個汁夠辣,稍稍覺得佢個Texture 冧左小小。最後唔小得既就試埋佢個宮保雞丁啦!辣味適中唔會係死辣果種,但唯獨是雞丁唔夠入味。
