最近去咗2間 灣仔 新粤菜飯店,特然想起好久未來,經過疫情,仍然存在,必有個店之處。 雪菜火鴨絲腸粉$48,第一次食到雪菜係有香味,咸香,不是霉香,正,掛住佢,忘了鴨。 香煎蓮藕餅$42,有臘肉碎,豬肉鯪魚鮮甜,熱辣辣出煙,厚身,彈牙,有BB面朱咁彈,真係正! 鮑一樓金牌炒絲苗$168,看食評細碟,以為物價貴就少量,原來上枱大大碟,半碟都係帶子粒,多瑤柱,香,甜玉豆粒,粒粒新鮮爽甜,飯乾爽,彈牙不油,真係好好味,剩一半昨晚餐。
