To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 聽同事講尖沙咀有間很正的日本餐廳有提供清酒配魚生和壽司的Omakase,當晚坐bar 枱,邊飲清酒邊食小食、生蠔、魚生及壽司一樂也!共飲了五種不同的sake ,如一年熟成的清酒,無濾過生原米酒等,對我喜歡清酒的人來說,他們入的酒全部都高質,加上食材生鮮講究,用心配對酒和刺身、壽司…岩手縣蠔,長崎縣大Toro,雪魚白子,新鮮海膽最得我歡心!不得不提他們的蟹離炊,內有鮮蟹肉蟹膏,味道一流,還有綠茶奶凍作甜品。今次真係飲飽食醉!坐bar枱和師傅談談食材,長知識啊!餐廳裝潢簡約舒適,服務周到。喜歡魚生壽司及飲sake的朋友一定要試試。
