To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

同事常就說要找「辣雞腳」，原來是愛吃渝酸辣粉辣麵和口水雞的腳！一試之下果然名不虛傳，特別是四川擔擔麵和青瓜豆漿！四川擔擔麵口感是出乎意料的煙韌有彈性，那少量肉醬和花生伴著麵線吃依然美味得很，十分好吃！口水雞肉嫩又入味，少少辣程度的醬汁雖對小妹來說還是完全不辣，但吃完後舌頭還是會麻麻的，這時候喝一口清新的青瓜豆漿，麻感頓時全消的感覺真棒！食品唯一缺點是辣度很不穩定，故有時候中辣程度完全輕微吃不出辣味來，有時候則辣得噴火；另外像個啊嬤般終極發冷的我也認為，作為專門供應辣味菜式的餐廳來說，空調真不太夠，這兩方面店方可能要多注意了。
