To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 金裝燒味拼盤

雖然唔及乳豬全體咁有睇頭,但拼盤勝在俾大家有選擇,分蹄、豉油雞、煙鴨胸、叉燒、海蜇,想食乜就揀乜,質素唔算好高,但亦唔太失禮。

百花球即喺炸蝦丸,初頭諗,點金磚法呢?究竟喺條形?定球狀呢?原來金磚喺另一樣嘢嚟:炸鮮奶。啲炸鮮奶得喎,外脆內軟,有奶香,而啲蝦丸亦打得爽彈,兼且兩者食落都唔算油。

竹笙海皇燴燕窩

依家無再食魚翅,所以,今晚嘅湯羹唔喺翅就啱晒我喇。筵開百幾圍,上菜嘅時間梗喺比較緊湊,其實個海皇羹面有一大撮燕窩,不過,未影得切阿姐已經分緊。個羹推得稀杰度啱啱好,而且,羹內有幾多料下,絕無欺場。

清蒸大海石斑

條斑的確喺幾大條架,估計都有3斤,入口非常有魚鮮味,而且,蒸得夠晒火喉,拿捏嘅時間啱啱好,夾到最入骨位附近啲肉,都無話未熟透,配啲蔥絲,沾少少豉油,魚肉食落更鮮甜。

是晚嘅甜品會喺乜?喺紅棗糕,由於睇落色澤唔算深沉,故入口紅棗味都喺預計中唔強勁,個人就覺得淡薄咗少許,還好口感黏黏糯糯,感覺幾好,又唔會太甜。

最後喺合時鮮果,一盤12個大橙,所以,都費事影出嚟。雖然百多席,但整晚上菜嘅節奏、速度都幾平均,而做酒席嘅侍應大多數都喺臨時工,不過,服務算唔錯,至少有禮貌,亦無咩犯錯,上菜又順序,最唔鍾意有啲酒家亂咁出菜,此外,菜式嘅份量夠晒大碟頭添。
