To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

觀塘吃日本菜也有不少選擇，而我經常來吃這家，今天晚上幸好排隊不用等太久。初試~三文魚🍣親子牛油果🥑丼，感覺一般，辣椒油味道太重，不過牛油果非常之新鮮，配上辣椒油稍微太濃味了。還有京蔥，味道不太搭。三文魚和親子份量挺足。還是特上大蝦海鮮丼有水準~之前每次來都是叫這個飯，有不同材料亦很抵吃，但係大蝦果然夠大，亦不會不夠新鮮。玉子非常鮮甜。最近推出了蛋黃哥一系列，配上牛肉的飯餐連餐廳的裝潢也換了，可以一試呢。
