To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

小妹中女生日，好高興我老公請我們去吃朗豪坊自助餐，上年都有食，好好味，今年又來！但今年覺得壽司同生蠔差咗少少，刺身片感覺到不太新鮮，芝士焗龍蝦比較鞋，但芝士味不錯，蟹腳就瘦咗少少，味道一般，中湯淡，好像不夠上年好飲。今次佢多咗香煎鵝肝，配餅乾非常好味！我都唔忘記了我吃咗幾多片，生蠔比上年好似缺乏左海水的鹹香味，都值得一試，我都已經吃咗了好幾碟。至於甜品，佢算整得不錯，款式多。待應生好有禮貌，不斷地為我們換碟。
