To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 大家樂成日賣廣告有咩「天天超值選」,定價平啲,又包嘢飲,下午茶餐一樣有,依個「細叉飯」都喺天天超值選之一,只賣$24,已包一杯紅豆冰或雙重朱古力熱飲。個餐有趣在於個細叉飯應該實名叫「少叉飯」,因為飯嘅份量一啲唔少,跟正常嘅相差無幾
,只不過叉燒只得6小片,勉強夠餸一碗飯
,還好嘅喺半肥瘦叉燒唔錯,燒得鬆化,又有少少燶邊。而最想知喺杯雙重朱古力熱飲,唔知點雙重法。原來,杯朱古力以朱古力粉加朱古力漿開沖,朱古力味的確平常普通嘅熱朱古力濃郁一啲
!天寒地凍,一碗熱辣辣叉飯,一杯燙熱朱古力,雖然唔喺要講咩質素,但只喺廿零蚊餐,夠晒飽,絕對喺糧尾救星。

燒味三寶瀨粉 + 餐飲 $26

燒味類嘅下午茶佔茶餐不少比重,燒味雙拼瀨粉或米粉都喺一向熱賣,依個所有「新產品」一啲都唔喺咩新嘢,只喺晌大家樂未曾有過?三寶喺乜?包括:鹵水牛肚、紅腸、雞翼,仲配埋即磨咖啡、茶或汽水,都只喺賣$26,牛肚鹵得不俗,又好爽,紅腸唔喺用啲好差嘅大陸貨,溝好多粉嚟整,食落「腍滋滋」咁。最想講喺份量一啲都唔少,比起我個細叉飯,真喺多餸好多,盛得滿滿
,而瀨粉一樣唔少,同樣又喺糧尾救星,大碗抵食。老婆照例要熱檸水,俾我就要即磨咖啡,心理上著數啲嘛

晌大家樂食下午茶餐用咗15分鐘,算hea架嘞,睇住隔離張枱遲過我哋坐低,都喺食細叉燒飯,轉眼食完仲快過我哋走咗。真喺一張枱可以一個鐘內返枱4-5轉,但依然見收銀位短短人龍不絕,雖然一個茶餐扣除埋成本、人工、燈油口蠟,毛利唔多,但都不要小覷下午茶嘅生意利潤,薄利多銷嘛
