To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

本身食量不大，所以約朋友吃飯通常不會選擇自助餐。但無奈母親大人最愛吃自助餐，所以只好久不久跟她去不同酒店試試各種自助午餐。今次選了The Place，主要是懶得過海、在OpenRice的評分不錯，再加上有Discount優惠。食物選擇很多，海鮮冷盤有生蠔、青口、蝦同螺。可能開蠔的手法有問題，6隻中有4隻有蠔殼碎，其他海鮮則淡而無味。刺生有4款，只試了吞拿魚、甜蝦，味道一吃就知道是平價貨。熱盤亦多選擇，但食物質素平平，是優質美心快餐的水準。雪糕是Movenpick的，有6種口味。其餘的甜品就不提也吧！
