To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 又係元朗魚一,今次係第二次幫襯,之前亦都為呢間餐廳寫過食評。第一次試咗壽司,鰻魚飯,清酒煮蜆,廣島蠔及蒜片牛柳粒。至於今次叫咗葱吞拿魚蓉丼定食(配三文魚麵豉湯,沙律)再追加一個炸軟殼蟹,翡翠螺及磯煮鮑魚。蔥吞拿魚蓉丼係午市定食,配沙律及三文魚麵豉湯,麵豉湯出奇地好飲吞拿魚蓉份量唔算多,但醋飯底幾好食所以成碗食曬磯煮鮑魚及翡翠螺分別38$(鮑魚)及48$(翡翠螺)鮑魚雖然十分美味不過就貴咗啲又唔大隻天婦羅熱辣辣咁上枱,但如果有天婦羅汁會好啲(不太愛沙律醬)推介大家可以叫壽司或定食(會飽啲)之後點刺身三文魚,再加蒜片牛柳粒咁應該夠食評語:其實上一次食都覺得有水準,只係生蠔拉低分數,環境和服務僅僅合格,點講呢種小店人手不足不能要求太高,衛生方面最少兩次都冇肚痛至於抵唔抵食睇你點叫啫!
