To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一個星期日的brunch去了食日本火鍋,星期日呢到只有供應brunch set,舖入面以熊本熊做主題,被分配到一格格的卡位坐得好舒適,因為brunch set無和牛,所以就單點左一人一個鍋,然後叫左一個雜錦椰菜,兩一碟A5和牛,一碟和牛,一碟豚肉,另外叫左腐竹,芝士狗,豚肉水餃,野食上得快因爲唔多人食,喜壽湯有包一隻蛋,呢個湯配上蛋汁食和牛一流,完全唔洗點任何芝麻醬/柚子醬,一分錢一分貨價錢當然都比較貴,兩個人平均$350,如果想食靚嘅和牛可以選擇呢間,平日會有Lunch set抵食啲,不過星期日就靜d同貴d
