To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日又嚟到添記麵皇到食下午茶，同朋友一人叫咗一碗米線，分別係香茅豬扒米線同埋鮮鯪魚球米線。香茅豬扒米線嘅香茅豬扒一向係添記麵皇嘅招牌菜之一，好多人嚟到都係揀呢一款米線。佢嘅香茅豬扒都幾大塊，而且炸到好鬆脆，反而肉質都算滑，做到外脆內軟嘅效果鮮鯪魚球入去嘅外型睇得出佢係人手包出嚟，唔係用機包，不過鯪魚球嘅鮮味唔係好突出，咬落唔彈牙，相信都落左唔少粉。米線部分冇咩特別，米線偏幼身，火候都OK；湯底係用咗豬骨濃湯，今次嘅胡椒粉落得重手左，導致胡椒味太重，食落有啲辣。
