To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

所有餸菜都是凍冰冰的

今晚一家四口去藍田海港食飯，樣樣餸都係凍冰冰，招呼十分差，叫極都冇人應，食完啲碟又冇人收，舉手叫啲侍應，個個都當睇你唔到！上菜上得慢，個個好似唔願做，叫咗碟粉絲元貝，結果一個鐘頭先至嚟，上枱啲元貝係凍冰冰的，啲粉絲係乾爭爭的，應該係個廚房整好啲餸，冇人傳菜，擺咗好耐，先至送去我哋張枱，所以大部份餸都係凍冰冰嘅！一碟乳豬件，唔夠十件，仲要係好細件，投訴又無人理！只有條魚係正常啲，其他所有都認真差！差到極！
