To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 手工拉麵與小籠包

因工作關係，自己偶爾都會順道到旺角東站上蓋的新世紀廣場吃飯。最近再去，發現商場內又有一新食店進駐，就是翡翠拉麵小籠包。走進店內，沒想到這裡也設有彷如日式拉麵店常見的開放式拉麵吧，很搶眼呢。來到翡翠拉麵小籠包，當然要吃吃拉麵與小籠包。這裡的拉麵有3款選擇，包括平日一向供應的二細拉麵，較粗及厚的三角拉麵，以及幼幼的龍鬚拉麵。我們分別選來一客擔擔麵和清燉雞湯拉麵，2款拉麵都選了三角拉麵。小籠包是一貫好水準。我的擔擔麵湯底微微香辣，帶濃郁的花生香，配上食感有趣、煙煙韌韌的三角拉麵，美味。清燉雞湯拉麵的雞湯與麵分開上枱，淺嚐了口雞湯，熱騰騰，味道清甜。另外也點了幾款菜式，四川口水雞、香煎素鵝和清炒河蝦仁。當中的清炒河蝦仁最得我們歡心，蝦仁爽口味道頗鮮。注意一客的份量約屬2-3人，人多用餐的話便要多點一客才夠分享了。飲品我們都選了熱檸檬薏米水。甜度適中，帶淡淡檸檬清香，頗有在新加坡飲到的風味。真高興以後在新世紀吃飯又多個不錯選擇了。
