早排看報紙介紹此店出名食炸兩及手拉腸粉,趁假日入西貢放狗,便馬上一試該店的手拉腸。如果想食炸兩既朋友,請在早上光顧吧。下午入到去,食不到最想試的炸兩,就只可退而求其次食手拉腸。叫了叉燒腸及蝦米腸,先試叉燒腸,即叫即拉熱辣辣,叉燒腸表面附有蝦米,第一次食叉燒腸有蝦米。原來此店既蝦米是腸粉中的靈魂,蝦米很香很惹味,再加上香甜既豉油,一絕也。之後再試蝦米腸(大),份量足,同樣好味,試過加甜醬及麻醬,覺得唔加仲好。有時真係不用食貴野,簡簡單單既手拉腸,原來可以咁美味咁滿足。@金山粥店
