當年牛下有間粥鋪,阿叔伯即場做布拉腸粉同炸油條,小時侯好鐘意棟係隔離睇,感覺好治癒米漿一勺,客人要咩腸就落咩料;蓋上,蒸熟透,熱氣騰騰,徒手起白布,扯下粉皮,捲起,切切切,上碟,落豉油。整個過程都好正!金山係我其中一間西貢心水食店,每次經過都會點炸兩或蝦米腸;皮滑,油香,醬甜,油條鬆化。除左好食外,仲私心滿足我眼球,這份治癒感,身心滿足但得知許姑娘唔做,阿姐又話雞粉黎緊都會唔做,真係有點唏噓

究竟因為農曆新年所以開晏D?定係已經改咗個營業時間好耐?印象中呢間西貢名物好早收,通常只可以一早黎會一會佢,今日下午3點幾仍然食得到真係行好運。炸兩大大份好味道,入面的油炸鬼微脆。艇仔粥有面有炸魚片,幾搞野。魚片粥D料好足好多魚片。呢碗係魚腩粥,D魚腩都幾新鮮,即叫即滾係唔同D嘅。齋腸味道都唔錯,而且又係好大碟。油炸鬼就麻麻地。

當知道今年街渡會加開航線連去到平時少去嘅島嶼都可以坐街渡所以呢個星期又入左西貢因為要趕1100班次 選擇唔算多上船前食碗粥打底先 喺碼頭行都要7分鐘呢店舖係睇得出嘅古舊 不過都乾淨的 我地嚟到嘅時間已經近11點了早茶嘅客已經走得7788 但都好好彩俾我見到師傅用即拉腸粉包炸兩我揀左鯪魚球生菜粥好大舊鯪魚球 都有5-6件粥底好綿 都幾大碗另外叫左個炸一腸即係用蝦米腸包半份炸兩新鮮整係熱辣辣 脆卜卜的一次滿足兩個願望總括係搭遲左一班船都值得食嘅早餐!

當知道今年街渡會加開航線

基本上你唔係晨7嚟到西貢都唔使旨意可以食到

今日參加遊西貢舊區嘅本地團,導遊介紹呢間粥店遠近馳名,唔少人專程入嚟西貢食佢嘅即蒸拉布腸粉。聽完導遊講之後,我哋趁今日行程完結,就衝過來食腸粉。大約下午三點來到,發現舖頭正在清潔,才赫然發現原來平日舖頭是下午二時關門。可能因為仲有米漿和粥水剩,陸續有食客到來表示想食腸粉和粥,店主都能即叫即整。既然導遊都指明佢嘅腸粉米漿配方係做得好,我當然要試吓啦!叉燒腸粉 ($18)即叫即整拉布腸粉,叉燒係喺雪櫃拎出嚟,保存得好。果然新鮮整嘅腸粉係好食,而佢令我最驚喜係腸粉皮有一定厚度得來唔會好硬實,依然保持到好滑,又帶少許煙韌,的確係比一般粥店嘅腸粉做得好。 可是豉油比較鹹,亦唔係太特別香,比較可惜。齋腸粉/蝦米腸粉 (大 $14)本身我order咗份大嘅齋腸粉,但佢竟然來咗半份係蝦米腸,而呢半份蝦米腸我早喺入舖頭嘅時候已經見到擺咗喺門口😑 齋腸同蝦米腸價錢一樣。Anyway,阻到佢收工都肯幫我整我就算啦😓。好彩雖然蝦米腸比較凍,但係味道依然保存得OK。而齋腸當然係好食啦,熱辣辣新鮮整好,只係點豉油已經夠味。本身我唔食蝦米,不過蝦米腸裏邊加咗蔥,比較香口,如果有得蝦米腸走蝦米就好喇哈哈😄

本身我order咗份大嘅齋腸粉,但佢竟然來咗半份係蝦米腸,而呢半份蝦米腸我早喺入舖頭嘅時候已經見到擺咗喺門口😑 齋腸同蝦米腸價錢一樣。Anyway,阻到佢收工都肯幫我整我就算啦😓。好彩雖然蝦米腸比較凍,但係味道依然保存得OK。而齋腸當然係好食啦,熱辣辣新鮮整好,只係點豉油已經夠味。本身我唔食蝦米,不過蝦米腸裏邊加咗蔥,比較香口,如果有得蝦米腸走蝦米就好喇哈哈😄

放一天的假,送了子女上學之後,我同太太就留在西貢,等女兒放幼稚園。小朋友返晒學之後,我們的首要任務就是吃早餐。在幼稚園門口,我們想了飲茶,也想了咖啡店。但當我們準備行入去西貢舊墟內時,我突然想起,不如食碗粥,食腸粉。於是,我同太太就來到這鼎鼎大名,我們亦久違了的《金山粥店》,不是食夜粥,而是食個早餐粥。裝得滿滿的皮蛋瘦肉粥,是我每一次來都必點的良物。白滑的粥底,味道是清甜的。有軟綿綿的口感而且每一啖都充滿了米香。碗底的咸肉同皮蛋的份量不少,輕輕的咸肉同皮蛋就有粥水中慢慢地散發出來,令這一碗粥,越食越有味,感覺一流。有粥的地方通常都會有腸粉,而我就選擇了豬潤腸。此店的腸粉,永遠都會加上蔥花,所以吃起來特別的香口,此外,豬潤是剛熟的,剛熟到血色剛去而保持嫩滑,再開心的就是豉油又濃又香又甜,非常美味。蔥花蝦米炸兩腸,本以為叫炸兩就只會是油炸鬼加腸粉。出到來才知是加了蔥花及蝦米的版本。加了蔥花同蝦米,令到本已經不平凡的炸兩腸更香。因為前出來的炸兩腸加了蝦米,太太不能吃。所以我們另叮囑叫店方整一份素炸兩腸。炸兩夠新鮮夠脆已經是令人開心。食用時,再加上非常甜的甜醬同非常香的芝麻醬,味道變得更可口。

很溫暖,很滿足,唯一不好不足的,就是沒有豆漿提供。食粥食腸粉,再加上一杯豆漿,才是 perfect 既粥品早餐啊。是日一餐,美中有不足。
