To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 星期日下午茶時段4點3,等咗10分鐘左右有位,一共嗌咗3個下午茶扒包餐,其中一個雞扒好燶。同伙計講,佢地一早知個扒唔得,分明當客係垃圾桶。3杯跟餐熱飲一開始都漏單,最後等到啲包食完到5點都未上。眼見其他枱一直都有上嘢飲嘢食,我地問咗幾個伙計追單,個個都係聽完就即刻走,一句嘢都唔講,咩情況都唔交代聲,連一開始落漏單嘅伙計都係咁。到最後終於有執枱嘅舊伙計理我地,另一個執枱嘅新伙計見到竟然開口同佢講唔夠人唔洗理我地!聽完當堂O哂嘴,之前十問九唔應,我地一問佢唔洗理客係咩意思,佢就即刻發哂癲句句粗口鬧我地,不停重覆係唔洗理,叫我地唔好嚟食,自稱自己後生係咁,完全唔知錯,仲覺得係理所當然,極囂張。發生啲咁嘅事,個場完全無話得事嘅人處理,經理完全唔知喺邊。個新伙計一邊不停重覆單字粗口,舊伙計就一邊代佢道歉,叫我地唔好放喺心上,但講到尾都係話唔用佢就唔夠人用,所以要繼續辜息呢種員工。俾面舊伙計,事後去埋單,一早講明要收據儲商場積分,點知俾左張寫住「重印收據」嘅,同收銀講重印收據儲唔到分,佢仲怪我地唔一早講要單。但係如果唔講要單,根本唔會主動俾單,印錯嘢仲賴人,最後只係喺嗰張單到吸左個分店印章話可以當

開得門做生意至少都要尊重吓人,唔明點解幫襯食飯都俾人當乞兒,好聲好氣反而不停受氣,真係人善被人欺,貼錢買難受。

已經send咗email去公司投訴,唔期望會有用,亦唔會再幫襯,喺到公開出嚟係唔想助長呢種歪風。
