To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

已經第三次幫襯三記,次次都唔記得影相,今次終於記得影相,方便寫食評!又有朋友搵我想占卜問事,又要可以食煙,又方便泊部電單車,又要平又好味又要近觀塘,突然間想記三記。黑椒牛仔骨,北菇扒生菜,另外今次潮州打冷叫咗滷水豬大腸拼墨魚。總感覺墨魚係好難處理嘅食材,好容易煮得過火變得難食煙韌,但三記煮得好好,完全無煙韌,讚一讚先!另外豬大腸又係好易煮得韌,三記都煮得唔韌喎!俾 like 啦!北菇扒味道淡咗少少,牛仔骨味道同份量適中,牛仔骨好嫩口唔老,唔錯!無留意一個問題,三記都幾嘈,菜色唔錯多人幫襯吧,唯有轉場落觀塘海濱公園解盤。
