銅鑼灣有好多火鍋店,呢間主打花膠雞,另外有多款特色湯底供應,如卜卜蜆、冬瓜瑤柱、酸菜魚、麻辣鴨血等。店內環境唔大,裝潢以宮廷式為主調,食物擺盤精緻,經過可以一試。酒香火焰麻油雞濃湯鍋出邊比較少見,三黃雞大件啖啖肉,花膠超級大塊,入口滑溜,配上秘製麻油,再用玫瑰露酒燒香。一定要先飲湯,唔係嘅話就嘥晒,味濃,暖胃,幾滋補。肉類有蘋果木煙燻手切牛頸脊,薄切,肉質嫩、帶子都唔錯,鮮甜可口。餃子拼盤有五款,味道獨特,皮薄餡多。蔬菜拼盤樣樣有少少,食返啲菜感覺更健康。飲品造型都幾正,竹蔗茅根味道偏淡如果飲開甜嘢建議叫其他。
