咁樣2021就過咗一半啦,呢一吓眨眼又長但又短今日喺旺角收工,去咗食一間好特別嘅越南餐廳,有別於平時嘅越南菜,佢加入咗唔同嘅元素當中必推兩款脆米紙薄餅同SHAKE SHAKE雞軟骨脆米紙薄餅餅底係平時食開嘅米紙,炸過後薄脆香口,上面配咗啲腸仔粒酸蘿蔔絲,重點係啲蝦米仔同個微辣嘅千島醬,平時食開基本配搭嘅米紙卷,原來炸一炸個感覺係唔同哂,而且好好食!SHAKE SHAKE雞軟骨配埋炸過嘅九層塔、香茅同蒜粒,加少少辣椒粉一齊shake,嗰陣香蒜味令你都食唔停口,再滴幾滴檸檬汁,嗰一口油蒜香帶開胃嘅酸正呀。
