Restaurant: HONG KONG DAY

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 早上十一點廿五分來到這裡,以為已經要等吃午餐了,幸好趕上了早餐的尾班車。點了一個沙嗲牛肉麵餐,另隨火腿煎蛋及厚多士,跟熱咖啡。沙嗲鹹淡味道適中(比起正宗南洋風味的沙嗲,味道太濃,個人不是太喜歡。)。多士麵包的味道跟平常的不同, 略帶微甜。煎蛋及火腿也夠賣相又好味。值得一提的是這裡的環境,比一般茶餐乾淨,地下不會像廉價茶餐廳一樣滿地油污,一不留神隨時跣腳,餐具也完全乾爽沒有汚蹟,估計是店方有嚴格控制。值得欣賞。
