To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

📍麵賜園清清哋雞湯麵🍜第一啖飲個雞湯真係幾清香，揀多蔥所以啲蔥鋪滿咗個麵面 （不過就唔算太香蔥味）雞都算幾多舊，一半雞胸一半雞脾🤓 麵質幼滑，係中式拉麵嗰款！仲有幾舊冬菇、雲耳同露荀，不過食食下啲湯就吸咗啲麵嘅味（類似雲吞麵啲鹼水味）所以無再繼續飲🧐 不過整體都係幾好味嘅👍🏻籠仔五花腩蒸飯🍚見佢有個籠仔幾有特色就叫咗🤣 上到嚟望落去都幾特別嘅，有塊荷葉喺底🍃不過食落，其實味道就好似係梅菜扣肉飯😀 雖然係咁啦啲汁少少濃但幾好味，忍唔住食多幾啖飯，而啲飯係粒粒分明有咬口。不過就覺得相較之下，麵類好似係好味啲🧐牛油果蝦多士🥑🥪蝦多士就食得多，牛油果蝦多士就第一次試🫣 個多士炸得幾靚 脆得嚟唔會成口油🫶🏻 但牛油果就唔係幾出，好似就咁有啲醬喺個蝦上面咁🥲 同埋成塊多士都無乜味🤔

籠仔五花腩蒸飯🍚
見佢有個籠仔幾有特色就叫咗🤣 上到嚟望落去都幾特別嘅，有塊荷葉喺底🍃不過食落，其實味道就好似係梅菜扣肉飯😀 雖然係咁啦啲汁少少濃但幾好味，忍唔住食多幾啖飯，而啲飯係粒粒分明有咬口。不過就覺得相較之下，麵類好似係好味啲🧐

牛油果蝦多士🥑🥪
蝦多士就食得多，牛油果蝦多士就第一次試🫣 個多士炸得幾靚 脆得嚟唔會成口油🫶🏻 但牛油果就唔係幾出，好似就咁有啲醬喺個蝦上面咁🥲 同埋成塊多士都無乜味🤔
