Restaurant: Fat Belly Butcher & Gin House

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 睇到食評吾錯,決定去試行,食前要訂位,兩個人點左一塊3XXg M6和牛,2XXg肉眼,四款小食同兩杯cocktails,10分鐘左右牛扒上枱先,之後小食陸續上枱,先講M6,外觀吾錯, medium,血水多左小小,冇乜牛味,重點多筋,每一口都有渣,食左7成宣佈投降,肉眼有牛味,但入口較鞋,只有迷你牛飯同焗菇比較好食,兩人埋單$12XX,疫情下可以好多更好選擇, main course未飽剩淨都係第一次,希望店主睇到會改善,不過我地大埔友就吾會翻頭再食...
