To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 稻香接近每年都會推出一蚊雞系列,記得以往係可以無限任叫一蚊雞的,但由近年開始就有人數限制,每2人先可以嗌一隻,雖然個玩法轉左,但都係要去食下既~今次係平日晚上去,原本以為有好多人去食,但實際人流唔多,亦唔需要book枱,而佢晚市亦有套餐,但由於想嗌下唔同野食,所以就無叫套餐散嗌小菜啦,而今次就叫左豉椒炒蜆同兩隻雞~豉椒炒蜆既份量算多,但係得返啲殼,蜆肉既份量實在太少😂而味道亦欠缺係大排檔既鑊氣,感覺上只係普普通通,唔叫亦唔會蝕底。而一蚊雞係以燒雞形式煮,而佢係以原隻雞上,如果要斬件就要加錢,佢會提供埋較剪同手套比你食,而雞既味道都唔錯,size亦算大隻,係食得耐左就會有啲滯~總結嚟講自從無左$1任叫之後,黎稻香食野既吸引力大大降低,而小菜亦唔見得十分出色,如果去大排檔食飯相信會更有風味~

豉椒炒蜆既份量算多,但係得返啲殼,蜆肉既份量實在太少😂而味道亦欠缺係大排檔既鑊氣,感覺上只係普普通通,唔叫亦唔會蝕底。
