To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

行開長沙灣，經過見依間餐廳2pm就開始做下午茶，又幾抵食喎，一於去試下。🥩鐵板西冷牛扒 $62依款可選白飯、意粉或薯條。牛扒好大份，食食下先發覺牛扒摺起咗一部分，本身應該有鐵板咁大塊🫢。肉質好嫩滑，完全唔會乾同鞋。用香料調味。薯條油多咗些，好夠脆身。🍜鐵板黑椒牛柳絲烏冬 $46上枱時熱辣辣，好香好夠鑊氣。烏冬炒得幾彈牙，牛柳絲份量不少，口感都好滑溜。整體幾好食👍🏻🧋凍奶茶好香甜，奶味較突出。
