To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

假日响彌敦道飲早茶，老媽都鍾意嚟呢度。一來地點好，二來價錢合理。之前試過六個人十幾碟點心，都只係三有幾蚊。點知，星期六再去嘅時候發現，叉燒包做特價，只係兩蚊一個。當然呢個價，酒樓限定一人只可以叫一個，我覺得好合理啦。到包包上枱一睇，賣相唔失禮，入口都幾好。今次另一推介就係生菜鯪魚球粥，因為材料十足，鯪魚球唔係粉團咁，有魚味。其他點心嘅水準都係預期之內，可惜今次只係兩個人撐枱腳，食唔到太多嘢。不過，有樣嘢係肯定嘅……I'll be back！😋
