To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日老細請食飯,晏晝去咗大喜屋度食放題,午市加埋一唔使三舊水一個,可以一戰放題分兩part,掃QR code可以落單,熱食、甜品、飲品、雪糕,外面有自取區自己拎燒物推介羊架,層脂肪唔太肥但燒完好爽口,羊肉唔酥好食作為一個榴槤控,足足叫咗三次燒榴槤,外皮脆脆哋榴槤味極濃,比起平時原隻榴槤食仲正除左平時的魚生之外,亦有唔少回本選擇,例如鵝肝多士、鮑魚、花膠等等雪糕有哈根大師,仲要系特別版馬卡龍口味,食番幾本值回票價
