To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

淨墨魚丸墨丸裏面有粒粒既墨魚肉，幾有咬口，食得出係用新鮮墨魚製作，同街市買個d平價墨丸完全唔同，鮮味十足。炸魚皮炸得鬆脆。崩沙牛腩米粉牛腩帶少少肥膏，牛腩肉紋理清晰，肉味濃郁又夠腍，一碗$45有8-9件牛腩，非常足料。魚三寶河粉魚旦、片頭及魚皮餃全部都好新鮮，應是用了新鮮魚肉做，彈牙爽口，而且唔覺有落味精，食完都唔會狂飲水，辣椒醬又既香且辣，配上爽滑河粉味道更夾。總結，這裏的粉麵大碗，牛腩、魚旦及墨丸都做得很出色，價錢又抵食，值得推介。
