To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢間喺太子同埋油麻地都有分店嘅牛腩麵鋪有唔少人推薦。今日試過就知佢大份又抵食。淨雲吞 $32七粒雲吞大大粒夠飽滿，口感彈牙味道仲好鮮甜，食得到鮮蝦嘅比例好多。湯入面仲有幾條生菜，營養均衡少少。牛三寶飯 $60牛三寶包括牛腩、牛筋、牛肚。炆得夠腍夠入味。牛筋滑到幾乎唔使咬。牛肚淨係選用金錢肚，用料幾靚。值得一讚係白飯份量好多，大概有三細碗，男仔都夠食。每款飯類仲有附送紫菜湯。崩沙牛腩飯 $57呢款用咗崩沙牛腩，肥瘦更均勻，仲有一層滑溜嘅膠質。值得加錢食。
