To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

鰂魚涌有間好抵食東南亞菜，$138就可以食到泰國🇹🇭人氣🫶🏻菜式火山骨😋，一共有四條大骨，仲砌到成座山咁🏔️，再加上灑酒火焰🔥🔥 份量多又有視覺享受！火山骨每條都好巨型，要用手撕（餐廳有貼心提供手套🧤），好容易撕開，中間熱到出煙😌，肉質好軟腍，亦帶軟骨及肉脂😋 。醬汁青綠色，清香惹味唔太辣！ 東南亞菜唔少得（無骨）海南雞飯，雞皮薄而爽口，下面有一層晶凝通透嘅膠質，雞肉好嫩滑但唔肥膩。 雞油飯好香唔會太黏，仲伴有湯及小食。 另外再點左一碟炒蘿蔔糕，賣相唔太靚，但每一粒切到bite size ， 香口帶微甜，都幾好味😋
