To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 次次入黎南丫島都係食呢間,反而隔離好多人既就未去過.呢間餐廳雖然唔夠隔離人氣旺盛,但勝在有人情味,所以我經常推介朋友入黎食海鮮.我最常食既就係牛油龍蝦平時人地都係食芝士龍蝦,但呢度既牛油龍蝦先係最正!你睇下隻龍蝦幾新鮮炒出黎好香噴噴架!蒜蓉蒸帶子,新鮮所以好爽甜以前我好少食蟹,但係老闆極力推薦時令既蟹(有三點既唔記得叫咩名添~)嘩!真係好好食呀~一試又愛上左~最後加個菜加個飯.真係好飽好飽~由於餐廳都好近碼頭.有船黎都會見到.老闆就會提你去搭船慢慢出返市區.放假入南丫島行下食下都幾爽架~
