To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

行開附近搵食，總想搵啲喜歡嘅選擇，泰式口味就一定係佢！這裡位置Tower 535，絕對方便嘅選擇，一乘扶手電梯落去就會見到，有個好標緻嘅裝飾火車頭，今晚首先都係點了必食嘅鮮蝦泰國金柚沙律，柚沙多汁鮮甜，鮮蝦大隻彈牙爽口，入口十分清新！主食就要了個小曼谷龍蝦孖寶，一個價錢有兩款食物選擇，龍蝦炒金邊粉，原隻大龍蝦配上平時都會點嘅炒金邊粉，但裡面就有超彈牙嘅龍蝦肉，配埋煙韌入味嘅金邊粉，今次又係另一個新選擇，而龍蝦頭內還充滿蟹膏，龍蝦控必食推介！而這個泰脆炸豬手亦十分滿意，大大隻豬手，以香炸方式處理後，廚師再分件上，炸得皮脆肉香，入口脆卜卜嘅感覺超正，還有香脆蝦片伴碟，絕佳配搭！加埋杯香濃幼滑芒果沙冰，陣陣透心涼消暑解暑之選！今晚還有live 表演，唱嘅歌絕大部分都有聽過，邊食邊可欣賞live 嘅表演，感覺讓人放鬆舒適！
