Restaurant: Minibangkok Thai Food Station
Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

約了朋友到銅鑼灣，我們隨意揀了這間餐廳，種類有好多基本泰國菜都有，而且幾抵食小曼谷炒飯入面有好多唔同嘅料本身仲以為佢個蛋剩係得上面有，點知包住成個飯！入面有蟹柳扎肉蝦蛋絲，味道不會好濃泰式豬頸肉份量好足夠，我哋五個人食一人都分到好多，雖然端上來不是太熱，個燒汁辣汁唔係好食到辣嘅人都食到。泰式蝦餅建議依個再多啲人先叫，一人食半件或者一件就好夠，蝦餅多彈牙，要飽肚嘅炸物都可以揀佢蒜蓉包上面真係好多蒜蓉，建議鍾意多蒜蓉嘅人先揀，建議趁熱食，放得耐了蒜蓉包會冧左黃咖喱雞佢個汁好多建議叫飯或者蒜蓉包或者餡餅，唔好浪費咗個汁，咖喱入邊已雞同薯仔為主，但份量都唔係好多
