To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

屋村酒樓抵食海鮮火鍋～我見到平時去開屋企樓下茶樓晚市有火鍋任食，一個人百零蚊就有得任食真係幾抵，所以都冇話特別高要求，但係都有驚喜。海鮮拼盤係冇得任食嘅，但係兩個人食都好夠，有蝦蟹魚貝殼類種類都好多，但係就正常質素，對得住個價錢，一開始第一碟牛係跟餐嘅，比較靚，之後想嘅就係普通肥牛，但係都唔差，唔會話好韌，其他嘢食都係落單嗌嘅，份量有啲多，嘢飲喺出邊自助吧有得任拎，有時夜晚諗唔到食咩落嚟打個邊爐都幾方便，好似冇限時間。
