To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

母親節一於帶媽咪嚟好耐冇去嘅流浮山食海鮮！本身都住大西北揸車嚟15分鐘左右出面就有停車場都好方便👍🏻呢間龍如就喺大街嘅中間4個人叫咗7樣海鮮+1碟炒菜1. 豉汁聖子聖子好爽一啲都唔腥😻豉汁炒到好香 2. 龍躉球平時唔食魚嘅我都覺得炒得好好食魚肉好鬆化唔實最重要唔腥！3. 椒鹽賴尿蝦冇得彈🥹啲蝦殼炸到好香口加埋啲蒜直頭想連個殼都食咗🤣賴尿蝦唔算好大隻，但唔會話好瘦，隻度都厚肉👍🏻4. 鹽焗花甲成晚覺得最普通係呢樣硬係覺得呢啲要豉汁炒但因為老細見我地聖子已經豉汁所以叫我地轉呢種食法花甲ok嘅冇沙可能個人覺得太重薑味所以扣左啲分5. 蒜蓉蒜貴妃蚌估唔到除咗元貝之外咁樣整貴妃蚌都一樣好食😋每隻都俾勁多蒜同粉絲一齊蒸好正😍個蚌唔係好大隻（不過貴妃蚌本身好似都唔大）唔會蒸到好un 食落爽口6. 花蟹花雕蒸蛋白隻蟹好鮮甜😋蟹鉗蟹身都多肉食蛋白略嫌唔夠花雕味7. 辣酒煮花螺個汁唔算辣好惹味😚花螺夠晒入味牙簽一撩就出嚟唔會話好難撩到總結嚟講覺得算抵食人均$700👍🏻會有下次
