聽朋友介紹話係前州際大廚主理,lunch又抵食,所以同男友的週年紀念就去試下啦。早一日打電話卜位都卜到。裝潢很不錯,頗有格調。侍應送上menu我地都係第一次黎,慢慢睇都無可厚非,待應都好心既,提我地其實揀個main course食咩就得。最後我地當然揀ribeye cap啦。首先送上麵包,但其實當時男友去了洗手間,仍未回來,但都照問我要邊款。其實我覺得應該等人齊先上,個包係熱熱地既,不過人返到都凍左啦。包有3款,全部都幾好味既,如果再熱少少就好。頭盤幾好味,蝦夠彈牙,個汁都唔錯。牛肉他他都夠入味,肉質唔鞋。帶子配埋菠蘿同煙肉食都很不錯。龍蝦濃湯,夠Creamy,不過我覺得有少少腬。同埋我之後發覺個侍應無冇問我地加唔加d pepper。終於到主菜到,有唔同既鹽任君選擇,幾有趣,頗貼心。我加左$80試埋鴨肝,不過麻麻。Ribeye cap係唔同d,叫左medium,有炭香味,肉質都頗嫩,仲有肉汁。配埋d鹽同mustard食一流。配菜french beans 好味,但cheese mashed potato我略嫌味道淡左少少。甜品strawberry trio有strawberry jell

甜品strawberry trio有strawberry jelly, mousse 同雪糕。味道唔錯,唔會太甜,啫喱用strawberry肉整好fresh
可惜杯熱檸水太難飲,苦澀難入口。服務不過不失,可惜沒有令人賓至如歸的感覺。
這間餐廳的名氣、裝飾氣派同價錢都會令人有更高的期待,可惜只有食物的質素尚算滿意,其他有待更好!
