To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 傳統星級米芝連都會有依道蟹肉焗釀蟹蓋,逸東軒就選擇用芝士焗,蟹蓋上枱金黃帶芝士焦脆,非常吸引,食落理所當然嘅啖啖蟹肉,非常滿足,但略嫌芝士搶咗蟹肉嘅鮮甜味,個人稍稍扣分。

蝗子皇用料新鮮,蒜蓉粉絲蒸亦非常穩陣,蟶子鮮甜爽口彈牙,但唔算有太大驚喜,正常水準發揮。

-砂窩薑蔥乳香鱈魚 4.1/5⭐️
砂窩上枱仲係冒住絲絲白煙,新鮮出爐,餐廳將鱈魚切粒再包裹炸粉處理,外脆內嫩,魚肉又入口即溶,但係伴以甜酸醬就令鱈魚粒食多幾舊之後就有少少油膩感,稍稍扣分。

楊枝甘露好重椰芒味,而且夠凍,中和番前面菜式嘅油膩感,作為依餐嘅尾聲都非常唔錯。

好滋潤,亦可以清到油膩感,但無太大特色,正常水準發揮。

總結:逸東軒作為老牌嘅酒店中菜廳,榮獲多年嘅米芝連一星殊榮,而且酒店亦不時推出優惠,性價比好高,可以令大家大飽口福,非常推薦想同屋企人慶祝食中菜嘅朋友,不過稍稍扣分就係餐廳侍應人手似乎不足,多次幫襯亦發現侍應非常忙碌甚至唔見人影嘅情況,而且有時幫襯飲茶亦有漏單情況,不過侍應知悉後都立即妥善處理。
