是日三人行慶生,諗住食好啲,所以揀咗帝京軒。大家睇嚟睇去都係覺得食午市套餐抵過嗌點心,雖然最少要叫四位。首先到既係荔芋元貝天鵝酥(左上角)、玫瑰桶子豉油雞(左二)、XO醬海蜇蟲草花(右上角)同金牌黑豚叉燒(左下角)。天鵝酥賣相好可愛,芋頭餡好味唔會太鹹,天鵝頸食落甜甜地,質感似餅乾。XO海蜇蟲草花辣辣地,好開胃。叉燒最有驚喜,半肥瘦,肉質正,非常入味。相比之下,豉油雞就普普通通。跟住就到老火湯(是日老火湯係牛大力粉葛紅蘿蔔扁豆湯),飲得出無味精珍寶蝦餃有如其名,大大隻,皮厚薄適中,裡面既蝦爽口又有鮮味呢個琥珀牛肝鮮菌蝦球桂花蚌都好好食,琥珀合桃好新鮮,蝦同蚌都各有四件而呢個燒賣有別於一般酒樓既燒賣,上面既黑魚子好鹹香,裡面既肉餡一啲都唔油膩,讚!其實都已經食到幾飽,不過都覺得龍躉柳好食,平時怕腥唔食魚既都可以一試。加埋陳皮同薑蔥一齊食就仲香,比較有驚喜既係墊底既本菇,吸收咗龍躉、薑蔥、陳皮同豉油既精華,好好食。到荷葉飯已經食唔落,因為要留肚食兩款甜品,所以成個打包。夜晚整返熱黎食都好香好食,裡面有蝦、燒鵝同冬菇等配料。最正既係甜品都有兩款。首先到既係蛋白杏仁茶。甜度適中,杏仁磨得好幼滑
