To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

下午路經長沙灣幸福商場，突然好想食過下午茶，就見到呢間餐廳行港式茶餐廳路線，有中式小炒、特式小食、港式鐵板樣樣都有，梗係入去醫下肚啦😚鐵板牛柳絲炒烏冬🍝烏冬炒得好入味，黑椒味濃🙊食落唔太油，牛柳鮮嫩，軟硬度適中～以鐵板新鮮滾熱辣上菜呈現，令食物保持溫度，每啖都好惹味，重點係食到好有鑊氣🥳公司三文治🥪配火腿通心粉🍲叫咗個正餐當然食下小食啦，小妹就揀咗呢款公司三文治，一上枱嚇親😧 餡料好豐富，大大件既三文治，相當有誠意～呢間茶餐廳🍴公司三文治果真係一絕：三層麵包烤得焦香鬆軟；第一層下是番茄片、生菜絲、吞拿魚、第二層下是煎雞蛋及午餐肉🥰 火腿通心粉看似細碗，但其實相當足料，火腿極多，好味😋凍檸茶、熱檸水🍋🥤味道不錯，正常茶記發揮味道👅整體味道、份量剛好，食物質素及環境亦相當不錯🤗坐得舒服～
