To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

當日入座時間為晚上8點30分，我地入座後陸陸續續有客人進店用餐，估唔到呢個時段仲有咁多人。店舖環境乾淨簡潔，店員會熱心介紹菜式，好好服務👍🏻。「隨心」本身主打星馬菜，但我一打開個餐牌就俾佢地嘅川菜吸引住🤩，所以同男朋友最後叫咗份#酸菜魚、#辣子雞、同#粉絲煲，經店員介紹再加咗壺#洛神花茶，最後食到好飽好飽🙉。🐟#招牌酸菜魚二人份 ($198)▪️酸菜魚湯底濃郁，酸味較重帶有少少辣味，非常開胃😛。▪️食到後半段辣味會越嚟越強🌶，如果唔食得辣可以同店員講需要調整辣度。▪️魚片粗略數過有20塊，肉質軟諗但有一兩塊有碎骨。▪️配料甚多，有青瓜、本菇、雞髀菇等等。▪️食食下發現仲有寬粉😮(唔洗另外加錢!!)，麵條煙煙韌韌吸收哂酸菜嘅香味，好正。▪️雖然話係二人份，但份量足以幾個人分享。🐔#霸王辣子雞 ($168)▪️辣子雞有陣聞得到嘅辛香味。▪️每一粒都非常乾爽，有幾粒仲連埋雞皮，炸到脆卜卜好好食😆。▪️最正係有好多合桃同腰果可以中和返啲辣味。▫️如果可以少啲骨咁就更加正🙈。🦐#香辣海鮮粉絲煲 ($198)▪️蝦同扇貝各有四隻，仲有好多帶子粒😍。▪️粉絲份量非常多！而且好乾爽，撈埋煲底嘅蝦油香得嚟仲有種鮮味。▪️海鮮方
