下午喺油麻地做完野搵個地方食飯見到有間食牛腩粉麵嘅茶餐廳🐮🥩🍖叫做田記魚蛋牛腩專門店自己同另一半都鐘意食牛今次就試下地道嘅牛腩啦✨牛三寶飯🐮🥩🍗🍖🍚內有牛腩，牛肚，牛筋每樣都有四舊要求瘦腩真係有俾🤟🏻牛腩肥膏唔多，食落啖啖肉而且都係厚切牛腩炆到好淋🔥食落肉質軟淋淋唔痴牙牛肚食落唔腥肉質好軟熟牛筋好淋唔硬食落滿滿骨膠原嘅口感$70 呢個價錢食到牛嘅三個部位🤟🏻份量又多，真係幾抵食配埋白飯撈埋辣椒油食真係好惹味🌶️而且白飯份量好多🍚🍚男人食一定夠飽✨崩沙牛腩飯要求瘦啲師傅提醒崩沙瘦腩冇咁好食唔緊要，證明師傅都係識貨之人😎牛腩份量好多，有成差不多十舊🤟🏻食落真係食到跟普通坑腩嘅分別崩沙腩肉跟油脂比例高一點🍯食落冇咁硬，淋好多表面層筋膜加少少肥膏入口嘅牛油香加埋腩肉真係好好食👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻而且底部嘅蘿蔔炆到好淋🥕又吸哂啲湯汁，好好食✨紫菜湯🍲🍲跟客飯送的湯飲落唔鹹而且有兩舊紫菜同埋好多葱🌿🌿又係啱哂鐘意食葱撈湯嘅我搞到我要飲埋另一半碗湯再叫多杯奶茶俾佢補數個湯飲完好解渴✨凍奶茶🧋🧊要求走甜真係有做而且餐廳係用熱茶加次變相隔一陣啲冰都溶得七七八八時就溫度剛剛好🧊餐廳內部地方唔大但冷氣通風好足夠💨💨食
