上野已來了好多次,今次來係慶祝出花紅,決定食餐好D,今次我選了刺身,南非活鮑魚,廣島蠔,香草三文魚扒,黃金老虎大蝦,美國安格斯牛等等。這家鐵板燒的食材樣樣都好新鮮及好味,CP值超高! 難怪我幾位朋友都讚不絕口啦。特別推介一下黃金老虎大蝦,老虎大蝦真係好大隻,師傅起蝦壳,起蝦腸,切一粒粒,易食,蝦嘅質地好爽口彈牙,鮮甜,好快就食哂。香草三文魚扒煎得岩岩好唔過老而且調味適中,加了小小香草,入口油香十足野味,最正係魚皮,煎到好香脆,入口更香,超滿足呀
